So I’ve ordered a pair of sunglasses £324 worth and I was just wondering what the best way to do this. I’m thinking DNA if there’s no signature and the parcel is left outside. If not what’s the best way to go about it and what would work. Only ordering one pair delivery should be this Friday but don’t know who’s delivering yet.

What do you feel comfortable with and feel you know the best??? DNA is a go to, especially at certain places, but maybe save that for something that can't be EB or multiple items , plus see how it goes.......remember to stick with it, mindset, this shit happens..

Thanks for the advice guys. DNA will be my go to method if everything falls into place. I have seen other threads about EB most being successful but I’ve seen some recent ones where they are starting to become more strict. I have paid via PayPal so if do EB I’m hoping they refund me or send a replacement but if they do not comply I am able to go through PayPal which usually backs the buyer. Just to add more information I am from the UK and to reiterate it’s only one pair of sunglasses worth £324. They haven’t updated me on what delivery company is going to be delivering as of yet. I will update along the way and see what happens. Hopefully I’m successful as this is my first time hitting this company but it is a fresh account.

Just received the parcel via evri and the driver took a photo with my door open and it’s impossible to dna it. The next best option is EB. Do I just say the parcel arrived but the contents are not inside. Or do I need to specify such as the box and glasses case arrived but the glasses them selves are not inside

That's your best bet. Tell them you recieved the box and the case, but the glasses are missing. Complain a lot and act dissapointed. Tell them it was suppose to be a bday present or something like that.

So I called up to make it sound like more of an urgency and he said he will send me an email requiring photos and will send a replacement. But when I read the email it says the same as everyone else got. They want photo of the item received empty and ID with signature on it plus to keep the box for 10 days incase the delivery company comes to collect it. They also wanted my address so if the claim went through they will send a replacement which I would of course return for a full refund if it is successful. I’ve complied with everything so far and I will see what they say tomorrow morning and will email them again if they don’t reply by the afternoon to show a sense of urgency and disappointment. I didn’t want to send my ID but to move forward with the SE I must as I can’t say my country doesn’t allow sending of ID unless it’s government official like others have said I’m from the UK. Hopefully the investigation doesn’t take long and it will be a simple process.
