Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and have only done a few small order SE's myself, which have all been DNA's. I recently ordered a pair of shades from sunglass hut, and am going to attempt the EB method. I have read it is quite successful with shades and this company in general. Also, sunglass hut provides full coverage for their packages which is great. Upon receiving the shades, I will update this thread and continue with how the EB method goes.

Nice and easy enjoy! Remember to claim only the eyewear them self is missing. You still have case, cloth booklets ect.

Do as he said. A lot of the times the combined weight of all items is over 120 grams, so you're "forced" to say only the sunglasses themselves are missing.

Be awere that the ups driver may come for the package after a couple of days/weeks of the refund, just say that you didn't have anything to pick up

Do you mean the driver will want to pick up the box with the sunglasses case and whatnot? Would I be able to just refuse and say there’s nothing needed to be picked up. Thanks for informing me of this.

That's exactly what I did with Ray Ban; the refund had been issued already.

Exactly that, have you tried shipping to a UPS point? maybe one that you don't usually go so there will not be problems after...

(Update) The package arrived and I sent an email to Sunglass Hut claiming they were missing from inside the case.

Will update further as they respond.

I'd be very surprised If they decline the claim.
