Hey, i have a package coming in containing 2 glasses from Sunglass Hut. I’m thinking of using EB method considering the package only weighs 0.80 LBs any suggestions and input help! Thank you!

I think it would be unlikely that both pairs of glasses were omitted, so I’d either do DNA or PEB for one pair (keep or return the other).

If anyone's looking to hit Shade Station, do note that they have CCTV cameras In place.

Moreover, they physically check their goods at the packing tables, such as opening the sunglasses case to make sure they're enclosed, then pack and dispatch the order. Unless you claim the package was damaged on arrival, It puts an end to the missing Item, partial and the wrong Item received method.

I did a Sunglass hut se a little bit ago, and it went very well. I ordered two sunglasses, said one was missing and the other was damaged. Side note they switched warehousing companies/buildings and they have been having a lot issues with their warehouse departments (found that out by just chatting with the reps before I even did the se) The missing item for the one pair was extremely easy since they are beyond light, the damaged item pair just took me insisting that I didn't think to take pictures of a smashed pair of shades.
