Ordered an asus zenbeam latte (£385). Did DNA on it and got a refund 3 days later. Didn't need to do a police report or anything.

did they email you with the customer enquiry bs , mine is they are investigating for up to 72 hours and to 'contact them if it doesnt arrive by then'

Yes. I was told to wait 3 days for the "investigation". Waited 3 days, then went onto chat and literally the person typed in my product name and send your refund will be issued. Later on got the email for refund.

Mine said to get back in contact in 3 days, which is what I did. Went onto chat and literally got a refund; felt like I was talking to a robot but it was a human on the other end.

Yes, .co.uk. Also, yes, it's an aged account with a couple dozen orders (nothing big).
