The first thing I wanna say is thank you to @mothered. This was my first ever SE with an actual amazon assistant and I was a little nervous for a second. I ordered through prime and it was delivered by amazon themselves, but I also said in the chat that there's a lot of crime in my neighborhood and that the delivery driver didn't deliver where I asked (my front porch). The assistant asked if I had checked with everyone close to me, I used my normal excuse that I lived alone, I also "checked with the neighbors." My biggest point which is why I'm sure got the refund so quickly was that the delivery driver didn't deliver to where my ring doorbell was, he just delivered to outside of my garage. I just wanted to share this because I'm feeling pretty proud of this

You're most welcome with the assistance given.

You did very well with all forms of communication, which was ultimately responsible for the SE's success.
Well done.
