And the warning is for your Amazon account, you use the same account to access different regions. The reason you were even refunded was because of your account history (10 years even if it was in another region).

You got the policy warning which means your account will be closed if you have any more EB/DNA.

How was the item not delivered with OTP. perhaps its cuz I'm in the US, but every package of that value, including anything above $300, it indicates that OTP is a requirement

I’m from Germany and 99.9% of my orders are made on Amazon.de
This refund however was made on Amazon.co.uk
Same goes for ofm mail. It’s from .co.uk

Amazon Is not region-specific, meaning they have the capacity to check the account history In other localities - which Is what happened In your case.

i thought they can't see any activity on other domains only the ones they are working on

I myself dream about Sony A7 IV and 24-70 GM 2, I also have an old .com account, it's about 6 years old, there are only two purchases for 2150$ and I'm also thinking to try to make a refund for 4500$, but as far as I know .com now gives very bad refunds unfortunately.
