Success on Amazon OTP EB - GoPro Hero 10 Black

Thought I would let everyone know that I managed to EB a GoPro Hero 10 Black off Amazon.

First rep didn’t work, took it to an investigation team which had got back to me about 30 minutes later saying that they will not be refunding me as I had an OTP which I had given them.

Second rep, took about 5 minutes and issue refund.

Very aged account though

I've yet to experience a 30 minute Investigation.

At any rate, did you Initially DNA It and then changed your approach to EB with the second rep?

It required an OTP so I doubt he attempted the DNA

I was surprised that I received the email very quickly soon after the rep told me they would get in touch with me.

No, so I basically kept to my story, the box had been missing the GoPro. The OTP part - the first rep passed me onto the specialist team. They got back to me and said they are not going to be issuing a refund as I had given the OTP to the driver. But with the second rep he didn’t question anything.

Yes you’re right, I didn’t do DNA even though that was the method I wanted to use in the beginning up until I received the OTP, from then I knew I had to change it

I read the GoPro Hero 10 weighs 153 grams, which is quite above the suggested weight threshold for EB.
I'm quite surprised that it worked and might even attempt it myself!

Yes I agree with you. I too was surprised but I thought I would give it a go and it was easier than I expected
