In terms of the EB/missing Item method, It has a very high success rate with Ray-Ban.

Do know that Meta/Ray-Ban sunglasses are a little heavier than your average pair, but the charging case is definitely heavier than your average leather case.
You could claim only the sunglasses are missing, but they might ask you to send the charging case back.

Nothing weird. Sometimes it takes a single day, sometimes it takes weeks. Just put some pressure on them, write to them on a daily basis

Did that, got this response. Maybe it is actually patched!

We are still waiting on the courier to complete their investigation. As soon as we hear back we will update you and get things moving.

Nah, don't worry. I got lots of that answer myself... and my refund, too Biggrin

It's their common excuse for taking your time. "We're still waiting on the courier, thanks for your patience and understanding!". I read it so many times I actually replied "my patience is over" after a week had passed
