Struggling to decide. #1
I want to learn to program at least with one language. But I can't decide which one to choose there are so many of them...
also I do not understand how people learn all tags of the code. I know how to code HTML it doesn't have thousands of tags.
But for example in C++ there is so many tags how to learn all of them also how to know which tag and when to use it.
or am I just too stupid to learn it?? ;| Biggrin

If you ask me, it all comes down to practice. There is no way around it - you have to sit on your behind and code, code, code. My first language was C++ and while there may be a lot to it, it is not that hard - with some power of will and determination, I'm sure you can get a good grasp on it(like with everything else). Yeah, sure, it is harder at the beginning but you will get used to it.

As far as which language to choose - in many situations anyone will do. It does depend on what you want to code because some languages have certain features that are better suited for a given task. However, normally, you would be able to write a program in more than one language without changing its purpose or decreasing its effectiveness. So, I guess your purpose will play a role in this choice. For starters, though, pretty much anything will do. How advanced are your HTML skills?

You are not stupid. Sometimes learning new things can be hard, don't sweat it.

Nobody is "too stupid" to learn to program I would suggest starting off with python it has a friendly syntax which will help you learn and once you are comfortable with that move on to something else if you wish.

@Mst0P
My HTML skills aren't very big. I know only HTML. I have coded few websites which are pretty bad in my opinion. Now I am trying to get use to HTML and CSS after this thinking about including Jqueries and other scripts.
I would like to learn AutoIT it looks pretty easy to me. But is it worth to learn that language.
@chmod can software be made with Python? such like binder ,spoofers and so on?. as much as I know python is commonly used for website development.

I agree with chmod, in fact I wrote about this topic yesterday, you can find the thread here:
http://www.hackcommunity.com/Thread-Mayb...rogramming

Python has many faces, and yes one of them is related to CGI (or web programming), and it is a very powerful language to write small scripts, also... when compared to Perl, it is a better choice for big projects (than let's say JavaScript, Perl, ...).

Choice is yours of course, but I think that you should start living and stop worrying, which means to start learning Python whether or not it is the best choice, by making it the only one (less confusion)... Smile

Peace

Python is a versitile language and can be used to create binders ip spoofers etc, I have never really bothered with AutoIT but from what i can gather can also be used to create a variety of things. However AutoIT is designed speciffically for Windows whereas Python can be used on any OS.

It depends on the way you learn. Python has alot of ebooks that are either free or easy to get on the net.
If videos are better then youtube and you will code to your hearts fill.
