So I was going to refund staples but they told me I needed ID on delivery, so i cancelled. Got an email saying they sent it anyway and that I will get a refund if I return it in store.


Anyway to return this still? Let me know please and tang you

It's good that they say in-store, why just not say that you never received it? Makes sense if you cancel an order that it won't proceed, so you could easily say it's an administrative error on their behalf.

If there are alternative refund options, It'll open ex-amount of opportunities/gateways to (supposedly) return the product for a refund.
