What would you do in this situation ? I get no emails back from them and by calling i talk with some poor workers that can only tell me that the investigation is in progress. Should i keep calling once per day ?

In the meantime i opened another ticket and emailed them on the old tickets every day.

This is a very big store in my country and the method i used is very good ( empty box on a very light item inside another box )


edit : they did contact me in the first 2 days of the se asking for photos and they told me to check the box again but after this no emails back

Take the Investigation on a positive note.

If they had reason to decline your claim, they would've already done It- way before the Investigation took place. A weight of 30 grams will not be detected on almost every shipping scale, hence the lengthy assessment to establish whether your Item was enclosed at the time of delivery. As mentioned above, give them a call.

gave them the 5th total call and asked to speak with a supervisor and somebody called me after 2 hours and said they are sorry that i didnt receive my order and that they will refund me. Ty again ! You're making my dream of being financially independent possible
