I`ve legitely got an email that I`ll get that RMA voucher in 1-2 days, from Steelseries, and this is my first attempt to SE in my life.

I'll be curious to know how did you succeed btw You use a rceipt?

I used Amazon Recipe and told them that they are not working.

For every SE, you should just try and see how it's going, learn by experience, better if you fail, you can correct your errors

Quick update on my case, I got RMA approval but they need the defective product so... I have to find a way

I did them last week but they upped their security so you have to do a lot of photoshop

Steel series is actually very simple to SE
I personally helped another user here, and the user reported that the SE was quite simple.
They didn't ask for any pictures or anything
I guess it all depends on how you play your cards
