Hello I live in the USA and have bought a steam deck with PayPal and it’s being shipped via FedEx should I try to make a dna threw steam or do somthing with PayPal thanks

Do note that Steam has the capacity to see If the device Is In use via Its serial number.

I haven’t touch it yet but after I get the refund I plan on installing windows anid not gonna bother setting it up just gonna install windows but as file the refund method what do I do?

steam completey messed me up but i filled a charge back with paypal and paypal choice me
