Let's say I ordered a steam deck and my account got banned after claiming DNA what am I supposed to do? How do I get it Returned?

did they just ban it immediately? without any sort of investigation?

did you order it on a credit card? you could always do a chargeback on that and let the CC company fight them

I ordered via a disposable card on revolute and I did not use my name when I placed the order so I don't know how that's gonna go if I do a chargeback

surely Revolut can do something about it? if they question the wrong name of the order just say it was for a friend or something?
