Steam Deck SE #1
Looking to SE a steam deck, it was delivered via FedEx and dropped outside my door without a signature. They did take a picture of the delivered package though. I was wondering what the best way to DNA this would be. Should I say something along the lines of "Hello, I bought a steam deck and it was supposed to be delivered by now, but I have yet to receive it. I checked tracking and it's showing delivered despite me not getting anything. The picture on tracking is someone else's house as well!". or should I not even mention the picture?

Thank you

In my opinion don’t mention the picture and you surely have good material to pull a DNA. I think Steam was fine with DNA, but now they’re a bit more difficult. Just look it up on the forum as there were few discussions about it

Driver could've left it there, took picture, took it back, or someone could've stole it.
Remember, pictures if not showing the package INSIDE the door of your house, OR you holding the package are inconclusive evidence, perhaps even evidence that helps your claim as it doesn't show you personally received it.

True say but they somehow denied my dna claim a couple months ago when it was working nicely for some weird reason about many claims in my neighbourhood

First off, I don't know where you live and if there are privacy protection laws but that sounds like a breach of privacy.
Second, perhaps they thought there was someone in your neighborhood stealing packages, and since that is a crime related incident AND they were losing many money due to this mysterious package thief they won't help you and want you to go to the police. Very weird though, never heard of something like this.
