Using DNA laptop on a legit aged amazon acc and I was told I had to sign a statutory declaration which from my understanding is fine but it also asks for a signature of an authorised witness. What should I do, Do I just make up a random signature? What are the implications of doing so?

That's the condition of every stat dec, so It's perfectly fine to put pen to paper.
