My suggestion is that you should allow users to rep staff, or disallow staff from repping users.

The reason why I'm suggesting this is because the fact that staff can -5/-10 and/or +5/10 someone without said user being able to rep back is retarded. I'll elaborate more on this if there's any real opposing responses on the thread.

Find a valid reason to rep someone, or realize rep doesn't really even matter.

Another point, just because I'm staff doesn't mean I shouldn't have an opinion or have the same priveledges as a normal member.

If this is your logic then you apparently have no sense of reason. What I was getting at by posting this thread is that it seems a little unfair that staff can rep users and users can't do the same, whether it's revenge rep or not. What if I have a valid reason to + or neg a staff? Seems pretty shitty that we can't do so, yet staff can do so to normal users. Also, I'm sure that if you actually thought rep didn't matter, you wouldn't have replied to this and wouldn't have repped the users that you previously have.

Moreover, you dug your own grave with your second point. Obviously anyone is allowed to have an opinion, the problem is that it seems that only the staffs' opinion is important, considering they're the only ones allowed to rep and not be repped. Just because I'm a normal user doesn't mean I shouldn't have an opinion or have the same repping "priveledges" (nice spelling bud) as a staff member. Again, this brings me to my original point that this is obviously unfair.

I misunderstood. But there's a good reason we cant have rep. Its because people have a problem with authority. If we allowed it all the staff would have terrible rep, and that wouldnt look good.
