Hi,

Anyone here that is currently doing a ssense refund, or has done it in the past?

Been wanting to do a refund on a kind of aged account, around 4 months with 1 previous order of 162 EUR.

Doing the order using Klarna as I still have the option to do a chargeback on there using the buyers protection, but i'd rather do the refund with Ssense instead of going through Klarna in a best case scenario.

So please let me know if you have any previous experience with them. Order will be around 225 EU, 2 items

a friend tried Ssense. had to eventually result to chargeback. don't recommend
