Spoiled Consumable Goods #1
Hi everyone.
Recently i tried hitting a spoiled consumable goods SE on a tub of creatine but they still want me to return it to them even though they are fully aware it's already open and used so they won't be able to resell/reuse it in any means. What do I do in this situation to successfully SE my product?
Thanks in advance.

I contacted support and told them that after ingesting their product I got really sick and had to pay a visit to the bathroom right after. Nothing much. They proceed to ask me about product batch and order number. If I have any possible allergies which I decline. Then they ask me to just return it for quality issues. But why would they want it back when it's of no use for them at this point that I had allegedly used the product. It's a 1kg container.

You should've said you're COVID-19 positive.

Call them back, and say you've just received your test results and have the virus.

They may take It up with the manufacturer to see If It's a defect causing Illness.

But won't they suspect that my illness could be caused by said virus instead of their product if I say that?
Appreciate the help, will inform once SE moves forward.

Not If you've said "you felt sick Immediately after consumption", but otherwise fine with your eating and drinking habits.

The cause of your Illness Is quite obvious.

I was informed by a representative to wait until I get better and schedule a doctor's appointment to ensure that it is precisely that product causing me to get sick. They want some paper confirmation.
What should I do at this point?
Logically speaking shouldn't they be covering any possible costs of this?
Looking forward for replies. Thanks

Honestly they are doing wayyy too much for a fucking bag of creatine. You do have the ability of creating/photo shopping a doctors note, that is up to your discretion. You could have played it out a bit different such as the bag was punctured and spilled (this gives u the ability to keep a good amount of protein powder for yourself if they ask you to return).
Personally would say fuck the company, skim a quarter of creatine out the bag and send it back for a refund, then try a different retailer.

Do exactly that.

The doctor will give you a medical certificate within 2 minutes of the consultation. I've done It countless times over 35 years of social engineering.
