The first thing it does in runtime is open a socket to a remote server. IP is part of Voxility in Bucharest, Romania. Since all the actual data is jumbled I assume it's encrypted communication which is pretty spooky. Didn't let it live long enough to use my network in an attack, killed the VM after about 10 seconds.
