Speeding ad in New Zealand

This ad really hit me in the feels. I have a feeling this ad will actually work. I'd give it a watch.

I've lost count on how many of these guilt trip ads I've seen.
They only make 'em about speeding too.

(not sure about in New Zealand)

Do these actually work? I mean, if someone sees one, they'll feel bad, but that won't really stop them from acting cool in front of their mates...

I know a lot of people that don't even realize when they are speeding. Like say your in a convertible, and your with a cute girl, and there is good music playing... It's a natural human response to speed up. Now, if they implemented a program into GPS that knows all the speed limits, and when your +5 warns you that you might be going a bit faster than you should, would be effective imo.

GPS units already have that, they display the current speed for the area and your actual speed, and if you exceed the speed for the area your speed turns red
