I just got a new bike delivered today, it was delivered with UPS ground should I be Forming a claim as soon as it arrives? or Is it better to wait?

Definitely wait. At least 2 business days. Then when you contact customer service don't just make the claim . Ask first about an update. Play as dumb as possible when they say it was delivered.
