You will notice quite a significant difference In sound.

My friend recommended I get the Sound BlasterX G5 by Creative. I'll give them a good shot.

I've only heard positive feedback with Sound Blaster cards. Members reading this, correct me If you've experienced otherwise.

My gaming friend has (from memory) the Sound Blaster X-Fi, and no complaints whatsoever.
