usually when they ask to send back the stuff for repair, they write you very clearly that they don't take responsibility for any loss in transit.

they have a prepaid label with DHL, could I try to send a box with dry ice and double tape?
i was tough to cut the tape and apply a new tape up
like someone opened the package and stolen inside.

if they say what u said in your previous post they will prob same something around the same lines for that.

It'll certainly do the trick.

I'll state the obvious and advise to make sure the weight of the dry Ice Is the same as the Item. Also, be sure to use a different tape (color etc) from the original packaging.
