Doing an SE on a company, company wants me to file a report with USPS for a lost package. Told them that it's the shipper's responsibility to file and to escalate, they just referred me back to filing a report with USPS again. Any ideas on how to proceed? Push harder or comply?

Man I talk a big talk, but I would never do or follow through on the crap I say!
