The worst that can happen? Depending on where you are, and the price of the iPhone; fines, possibly jailtime (I really doubt it). I'd suggest to stop stealing from Amazon.

Like @zabo said depending where you live/are. They could file a lawsuit, although I am not sure of them actually doing that.

First of all, this was ridiculously stupid, The Iphone 7 is above 500 euro's without a good story you won't dodge an investigation.
Second, if you closed the chat immediately, you will be less fucked. If you are lucky rep will not proceed. If not the rep will probably notice a poor try to get out of the investigation.
You have 2 options now.
Wait out an investigation (if they actually started one)
or
Go back to the chat and say that you are really sorry for the misunderstanding and that your girlfriend tried to play a trick on you and took it out without you knowing.
