I ordered around $75 worth of clothes from shein, it came in 2 different packages one only had a pair of pants the other is $50 worth of other stuff. The first package contained the pants and arrived 2 days ago. The second package came today and i claimed DNA. On it. They said they have to open an investigation with the shipping company. And it will take 5-7 days, is this normal?

Yes It Is.

The DNA triggers an Investigation a lot more often than not. A PR "may" also be requested.
