Mine was also redirecting to Google. I found it curious that three sites link to a website and yet, all of them redirect to Google. So I did some digging.

I found that the owner of the website has set up his DNS to redirect certain ranges to Google, depending on the area. Quite clever, actually.

If you are among the unlucky bunch that is being redirected, here is how you download the file.

1. Use your vpn or proxy and select a server in Germany or some places in Europe, I managed to get a hit as well.
2. Click on the link provided at the top and download the file.

--Alternative Method--

1. Head over to Proxysite's Website and select an EU proxy from the selection. Mine worked on the first one.
2. Copy and paste the above link in the space provided on Proxysite's page and hit enter.
2. Wait for the bottom link to appear after 12 seconds or so and download the file.
