Okay so I'm planning to do a DNA at my neighbor's house who moved recently I can not do it at my own because I think I'm on the last straw with UPS, but my question is do you think they would still deliver to a home that's for sale

do you think they would still deliver to a home that's for sale

Absolutely. It doesn't change the fact that you (seemingly) own It.

It's no different to delivering to your own home that's up for sale while you're still living there.
