I have submitted the PEB request. I bought 11 items and stated that 6 of them are missing. The operator asks me for the photo of the shipping label with photos of the items received. Sending as is or do I change the weight of the label?

In my location delivery person either leave the package at door or hand over it without any signature. With this I believe there wouldn’t be any problem with dna.
