She once said!! #1
In The Name OF Allah
Al-Salam Alekum

IRL things happen unexpectedly, and you never expect how people around you react. The reaction of one of them could give you pain forever or at least ruin your day. This happened to me today. A message from a friend ruined my day, not even that! I start getting mad at everyone around me...

In this uncertain world, she said whenever you are sad, I'm also getting sad and can't eat and sleep. I wanted to ignore her and sent only a random text (-.-). She said feel free to get mad at me but don't do that! I want you to speak and tell what you keep behind your madness. Again, I ignored her!

A few hours later, She messaged me and asked if am doing well! I said (not very well!). Her reaction was just odd, and she looks very worried about me!  I start getting worried about her and forgot myself!  Kurdy!!! Kurdy!!! She is very worried about you, Tik Tak, Tik Tak! Come on!  The time is 1:20 am, and she is still awake waiting for a message from me.

I couldn't care less, I messaged her and asked her to sleep! She said how I sleep and you are sad! My stomach acidity raised. I said to myself, she is caring about you. For her hide your sadness and give her a positive view. Just for her I hid my sadness and talked with her. Changed my sadness and angry message until she agreed to go offline and sleep.

I'm sure that she will never find out this post about her as what happened is IRL. Thank you for whatever reason you care! This world needs more examples of you than anyone else! Humanity misses a real friend like you! A true friendship is what you just showed me.
I finished from this post, closed my computer and sat alone thinking!

Wa Salam Alekum
regards
Kurdy

It's the way you choose to handle It that determines whether It Impacts on your emotional state.

If you allow It to affect you, It will. Choose to disregard It altogether, and their actions are meaningless. Take care by being In control of your emotions and never allow the negativity of others to decide how you feel. Evidently, support those who're genuinely In need of help.

Exactly, But sadly we have time to everyone else but not for whom they care about us.

It's definitely important not to be a sponge too. If you're helping someone who is sad, and become extremely sad yourself, it can be very hard to help anyone.

It's similar to that principal on an aeroplane where you are meant to put your oxygen mask on first, before you put it on the child/the other person next to you.

Absolutely, you have to draw the line somewhere.

Having a healthy mindset and helping/supporting those In need Is one thing, but It's another thing If you're also emotionally affected by their Issues and problems.

Yes, you cannot assist others If you're Incapacitated.

That is true and am agreed with you 100% but My field of working is really busy and tough, full of angry and sick people. Also, as humans we always have limits. it can happen to anyone and it happened to most of us at least once a month. Having someone who can assists or reduce your stress can really help Smile

I'm sure you will find your way of balancing things over time, especially with your work.

I understand your position.

It can be quite difficult to meet the expectations of yourself and others, as well as keeping It all on a healthy level. Further to @Jiggly's post above, life Is all about balancing the dos and don'ts, needs and wants and most Importantly, making the correct decisions to help maintain your personal affairs In a positive fashion.

It's easily said than done, but can be just as easy to put In practice when you know how to apply yourself.
