An ebook about setting up a MyBB forum isn't necessary, if you know how to use FTP and know MySQL, you basically got setting it up down.

Pretty much this. I had a small guide I wrote ages ago, though.

I realize setting up a MyBB forum Is a very simple procedure, but those who have never experienced It nor have the knowledge of FTP & SQL, will need all the help they can get. There's no pros or cons with this eBook- It's either of benefit or completely futile.
