Just like overall being fun I Mean I'm very fun with my guy friends but when I'm near her I get shy or I'm just not fun and we have nothing to do so she thinks I'm boring now and I'm starting to think that as well. BTW she is Chinese "Asian-American" so she's kinda popular with the guy's meaning everyone likes her.

I get your problem now. What you need to do is just refuel yourself, gather some good confidence, go and start talking with her. Nothing tragic will happen because of that. She wont eat you up. Start with small talks and try to find out what interests her or what she likes. Ask her out when your relation with her is developing. The main part is to overcome your shyness which is probably there because you fear that something wrong will happen or you might get embarassed, or anything similar. Just kick out those thoughts from mind, approach to her with heads held high looking directly into her eyes and say a confident "Hi" to start your conversation...
