Serial Number G903

Hello, I used YT to find serials for G903 and I wrote them correctly on official logitech site. It's still saying that no product found. I used multiple S/N's from videos that are from this year and also have 20-5000 views. Still the same problem. I started SE and after giving the rep some fresh SN that logi couldn't verify, he said that there should be 8 instead of 9 at the end. So i told him that I typo that and now there's troubleshooting part.

The video may be recent, but not the mouse.

Did you get the serials from users demonstrating unboxing It?

Yes, I only used g903 serials from unboxing videos. Now he asked me to return it to the shop. Of course I'll say today or tomorrow that they rejected due to 30 days of shop's guarantee.

From memory, I believe Logitech's warranty Is 3 years, so you're good to go directly with Logitech.

Sure. Still wondering about this SN. I told him about this typo, but there's no serial while checking on logi website that I found on youtube as well as this one that rep "provided". I mean when he said there should be 8 not 9 as the last digit. None of them work but ticket is still on.
By the way will they ask for return g903? What you advise to do then?:

They'll either ask to return It, or most likely request a POD (Proof Of Destruction).

Given they've mentioned "If they'll decline It" (or something to that effect), It Indicates that It's expected - which works In your favor.

Have you complied with their request?

Now I'm gonna say that they refused to help me. btw. I said that the mouse is doubleclicking (it's common with this mouse).
I will comply in a few hours, first I believe I should prepare POP.
