Nike uses PayPal as their payment processor. Nike issued the refund via PayPal. It wasn't paypals money.

So to answer your question, if you return the shoes then I can confirm to you nothing will happen. You will not receive a second refund.

i understand what u r saynig but i was denied on nike so i told paypal about my situation and paypal gave me  a reafund they talked to nike and i got refunded

These companies have records, By returning the item to Nike and claiming a refund again Nike will merely look at the logs and see the payment has already been paid out it may have been PayPal who authorised the payment but it is still Nike who refunded you.
