Selling apple watch #1
SE'ed an apple watch straight from apple using real credentials. I know now this can be traced back etc. I tried selling on facebook using fake name but got nowhere. Posted under real name and have loads of messages so presumably it was my new account people didn't trust. Even if someone puts in a warranty claim or anything later down the road whats the likelihood apple will do anything? It was the ultra £850 for specifics.

@mothered I know you like to be as safe as possible but if I wanted to be a bit risky, just how bad is this? Through Facebook and friends and family so no chargeback can get done. More the possibility of apple taking me to court or something.

MEB yes.

Plus if selling through marketplace say I take a bank transfer can they still do a chargeback? I assume they can. Trying to avoid being SE'ed myself

The watch Is supposed to be non-existent, so If the buyer decides to take It further, Apple may take action against the original purchaser - yourself.

So what your saying is if a warranty claim is put in im up the creek with no paddle.

Think in future I won't bother SE'ing to sell. Limits the methods you can use and the credentials you use.
