I've ordered some cosmetics and said that some items were not included in the package but the package was undamaged upon delivery. However, the seller is insisting that all items were shipped since he's asked the warehouse who told him this and he says that they can't issue a refund or replacement under these circumstances. What could be done now? I mean they don't even have an evidence or anything, they are just stubbornly refusing the refund.

Had the same problem with Lacoste, they told me they only had 3 packagers so they know what goes in and out.
