Just got my refund from them for a dji drone. Took 10 days after they started investigation. I did weighted ftid myself. Woooohooooo

Congrats. So you did FTID on a return? What was the courier? I presume it wasn’t refund on scan and an investigation was required?

Courier was royal mail. They also do dpd. They give a royal mail qr code. I turned that qr code into a label and ftid it. Yes an investigation was required. Took 10 days, then they said sorry and just refunded me.

If anyone can provide a detailed explanation on how this would go that'd be great, not a huge fan of FTID at all.
