I don't know if you've heard of it but I just want to share to you a windows app that can give you control and see who's connected to your network. Basically, you can control, block, and limit their download and upload speed. I mostly use it at home when I play online and sometimes at my uni's comp lab.


What you'll need is:
1. SelfishNet -----------> VT

Instructions:
1. Install WinPcap_4_1_3 driver first before anything else. It's in the folder included.
2. Make sure to run SelfishNetv0.2-beta_vista.exe as Admin or it will not work and will give you an error.
3. The app will open and press "OK". It should look like this.
4. Then click on Network Discover. Located at the left next to the lightning icon. Screenshot
5. Click on the lightning icon that says spoofing. Screenshot
6. Then you're done! Now edit the fields under Download Cap and Upload Cap. You can check the checkbox at the Block column. Screenshot

Works in Win 7 and Win 10. They say it works in Win XP.
