ps:
the method that im gonna use to receive the phone is with local pickup box
the method that im gonna return it, courrier will come and get the package from me then deliver it to the shop.

That's fine.

If you claim you've received what they've sent you, It won't be a manufacturer error - It's Impossible to pack a Goophone at the factory.

The only way It can work, Is If you've (seemingly) purchased someone else's return. The downside Is, If they check with the Invoicing department, It will not come up as a return, hence the event could not have taken place.

Lets say they accept the return and issue me the refund, can they blame me later on? for example when another customer buys it, can i respond with '' You issued me the refund means you checked the product before you issue the refund? so you cant blame me?

No, the buyer who purchased your return can be held responsible.

Who's to say he Isn't an SE'er trying to claim a refund by saying an Incorrect Item was In the box?

Don't elaborate on It.

Simply say you have no Idea what they're talking about, and leave It at that.

RE: Sealed method question #7
Does this apply to Apple.com returns too?

I have the doop iphone 13 and was going to seal box and return but am nervous now that they can say that is not what they packaged if it doesn't come up as a previous return.

Also if I try to do in store return rather than carrier, if they do open and find the doop phone will they seize the package/arrest? Or would they simply just give it back and say it isn't the right phone

I would return it through mail, if somehow some way you did not seal it correctly and they open the box, they will just send an email stating the wrong item was recieved and to send the phone back for a refund. Honestly I think many of you are overthinking the sealed box method, thinking too much will be the reason why you haven't continued forward with an SE!

Haven’t done it yet, I’m still thinking a way to use as payment method but stealth.
