I ordered a pendant off Saks Fith Avenue that cost $640 CAD after tax. I was originally going to use the DNA method but they delivered the package to my mailbox, is there another possible way I could refund the pendant? Would I be able to DNA still or?

The pendant weighs next to nothing, hence will not register a weight on consignment and cannot be cross-checked with the carrier.
