For the Wrong Item Received, do you have to send back something from their website or another Gucci item?  Or can it be anything with around the same weight and dimensions?

Send something back from their website, preferably in the same section (a cheap handbag would be good), although any item will do. Dimensions aren't necessary but similar weight would be very much ideal.

If you send something back with 1kg when you bought a 2kg item. They will have room to dispute it with you. If you send something back that's 1.95/2.05kg, they cannot really dispute a small amount of weight difference. You don't want to leave the company with any room to manoeuvre. They've made the mistake and you're not happy

Although you can simply just use your mobile data or somebody elses wifi + your mobile to order the 'second' item, rather than mess around with VPN. It's always better to have that second item shipped to a different address with different name though so they can't cross-check it.
