Further to my above post, do note that an Investigation Is simply company protocol to move forward with the claim.

UPDATE

I received a call earlier today but missed it. I returned the call but the rep who answered was no help whatsoever. This made me chat with them online and the rep told me exactly:

The reason they were calling was to inform you that the credit of $XXX.XX was approved. Please allow a few days for the credit to process on to you original method of payment.

Took exactly 6 days for this inquiry. I'll keep you all posted once it hits my account!

Thanks for the advice bro, I used DNA and they said my refund was approved and being processed. Still waiting on it.

It took exactly two weeks to get refunded. Glad it's finally over!
