Oh thank you a lot this is what I was looking for
I saw there that they ask for ownership video, how can I make a video if I don't have the product ?
And since most SN on shopping sites are taken,
I thought about asking products from friends
A friend has a Logitech mouse, 50$, Idc about money as it's my first time it would be an orgasm just to success
So i can take it from him and give it a shot ?
----
A question, if i want to SE a product that i can't physically have.
How to make such a video with exact SN ?
-----
A question, can i use POP of any store ? Even local stores in my city ? I can go and buy a memory card e.g and use template for any other product (or even get checks from trash xd)?
-----
Thanks mate
If you have a friend just ask if you can borrow the mouse (say you want to buy a logitech mouse but you want to try 1st), then take the serial and open a ticket on logitech (so you can have the ticket number, logitech asks to take photo of the mouse with a note with ticket number written on it) and take all the photos you need.
Other option is just pay someone to get all you need, there are some services for that.
---
If you SE a product and they ask for a video there are some options:
1st is to avoid sending a video (some excuses are put of town on a trip and cant take video or just send a corrupt one so they cant open it)
2nd is to go on youtube and find a video to send them
----
Yes its always better to send a POP of a local store, there are some templates on this forum just search around

serial number
proof of purchase (don't use Amazon, use a real receipt from a store and edit it)
and now they're starting to ask photo or video of serial numberQuote:and now they're starting to ask photo or video of serial numberA POD Is also a commonality with Logitech.
SteelSeries and Lenovo tend to request It as well.
Never experienced logitech asking that, the one that i know always ask that is razor.
Hello brother,
I got the mouse and SN number
I will take the pictures.
I'm still thinking about the video though, want to guarantee its bypass.
If they ask for video I can take a video.
But as mothered mentioned if they ask for destruction video,
-I can say from beginning that my phone's camera is bad and scan POP for them, then when they ask for video I make bad quality video show them the mouse and ticket Number
then to destroy, I can show them the mouse from the 15th floor, and throw the mouse and someone will pick it up, then take another video of some other mouse that I throw and it gets broken, then I cut first half of the first video and put it with second half of second video. Realistically, it is possible it just needs physics and adjustments
-I have 2 similar mouses (same logitech mouses) one is broken, so i can take a video cutting the wire of the broken mouse ? (i don't want to waste the mouse though it can be fixed)
Anyway that's an idea I've got
tell me please what do you think ?
And if you have any suggestions i'd appreciate
)
