Update!

It has been around 9 days and I haven't received any update but I just got off the chat support and they said they need 5 more days to resolve the issue. I have replied to the email from Hermoine as well and they have opened my email more than 10 times in the last 30 minutes. So something seems to be moving.

I told the chat support guy that I won't wait 5 days and they have until the end of the day to either refund or replace. I will contact them again in the evening and see how far we are.

Seems like they do not have any answer from UPS and this doesn't seem to happen a lot so I guess if I succeed more people can use this store to SE.

Yeah, I could have done that and I vouch for it that connecting with another person always works. As most of the people do not care or acknowledge the working class and only keep the transactional relationship/talks.

That's because UPS has not completed their Investigation, which Is quite common when a lot of details need to be collected and assessed.

So, everything seems well then, I have to wait 3 more days then we see what happens. Also, if UPS takes a lot of time do the companies just give out refund? The item is only €100.

There are Instances where you can push them, and they'll approve the refund prior to the Investigation finalizing.

I contacted them today before breakfast so I was angry hahaha and asked them how long do I have to wait as I have waited long enough already and they asked me to wait a bit more and I kept on pushing.

Finally, I got an email that my refund has been approved!
