hey so I I am going thru a UA claim on 2 steam decks I ordered and after placing the claim noticed on the shipping label boxes it was missing my house number (it said 60 instead of 605) and that is why Fedex called me in the morning to confirm my house number which is the only reason why it delivered I forgot about this though since I just woke up when I got the call..

im pretty sure I'm already getting refunded since I did UA claim but im thinking I can double dip and get both replacement and refund because of their mistake.

anyways... you guys think because of this mistake I can get replacement? tracking shows delivered but in travel history shows "incorrect house number" right after getting delivered. the address on the shipping labels are invalid/don't exist. lmk any thoughts

My advice, don’t get greedy, take the W you already have or about to get and don’t push it. Adding a lot of extra risk to failing the SE trying to double dip like that

yes, reasoning being the PayPal account is a different corporation than steam so I am positive they don't even realize that the order is being disputed.

steam replied back saying they are going to investigate and let me know more info soon.

canada, why do u think it will be hard?

they will investigate and all they have to do is simply double check the shipping label and they will clearly see that they fucked up on their end by forgetting to put the correct house number. because of this it is their responsibility and fault for shipping a package I paid for to an address that does not exist.
