SSD/M.2 harddrive SE? #1
Has anyone tried to MEB or EB an ssd from any larger retailers with success? Or what about swapping SSDs and returning them?
The forum is going downhill.

I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day. I have no incentive to contribute publicly and reward the undeserving. If you feel the same and would like to discuss privately, please reach out.

You can try Western Digital direct.

I know from a friend that FTID works on them for certain, although it did take them a little over a month with frequent contact (once every 1-2 weeks) from the opening of the return to them finally being refunded.

PEB from Amazon, easy as pie.

Order something bulky and two SSDs, SE one of the SSDs.

I succeeded with a Samsung ssd on amazon a few years ago, they’re very light, if your account is in good standing I would suggest you to try that

Do you think I can MEB them?

Amazon DNA worked well for me because they send the SSD without tracking info.

EB/DNA still works on Amazon , it's the best option I think
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

I don't answer PM.

I did MEB on a German retailer, took forever but still got refunded thanks to Paypal, I'd said prob be easer to get a cheap dead drive and change serials if your're somewhat skilled.

PEB doesn't work on bestbuy. DNA on amazon is always a go
