Your book wouldn't be complete without Out-Of-Band, Union-Based and (although It consists of Error-Based & Union-Based), In-Band SQLi.

That aside, I'm sure It'll be Interesting and Informative reading.

Interesting stuff. However I don't know why you're not just posting a download link if you're not selling it, but you know you man.
Besides that, I think it would be cool to add a section about NoSQL injections, since mongodb and other new technologies become more and more relevant

something something ! you see sql injection, rce, xss, still vuln with high secure web application including wordpress still vuln sql in plugin
no one will advance without basic knowledge no one cant pass or success attack high secure web application they really really understand what kind of basic is and start learn different tools or different method manual attack web application
