SEing a phone (Amazon) - need tips 11-13-2022, 09:16 PM
#1
Hi, so I’m about to order from Amazon an Oppo find x5 lite. It’s 360 euros.
I’d like to SE it without having to « return » anything (no FTID, boxing, etc.)
What do you think would be the best way to do it?
Also, under what conditions is a signature mandatory when delivering? I was thinking about a DNA, saying it was stolen from my mailbox.
Any help is much appreciated

If signature required, just try to fake sign it and then tell rep that it wasnt u. If they deny it just tell them that u found the person who took ur package and u just want to return it anyway. Sometimes carriers dont give a fuck about signatures cuz of time and they’ll just leave package at your door so just dna it. There are a lot of posts about seing phones.

You can just DNA it. Signature will be required but that's all. Just fake sign and go with the claim.

If it is, is there still a way to perform a DNA?

Too hard, you could go for EB tho, saying the phone's box and the accessories were in it, but not the phone itself

Agreed.
The OTP can be circumvented, but It's an arduous task and takes an exceptional set of manipulative skills to succeed.

Although It's 170 grams and exceeds the EB's weight limit, It's still doable, but may be detected when the weight Is cross-checked with the carrier during an external Investigation.

No.
The OTP Is uniquely dedicated to your order and given you're the only one who knows It, showing It to the driver confirms receipt of goods, personally.

So if OTP is required, could I go for wrong item received?

^ Exactly what I was going to suggest.
They can also be boxed (boxing method), by just adding a little extra packing to make up the weight of the phone.
