Hey People
Heard of people doing something similar and I'm interested to know if it would actually work.
So for example you have a 5k limit on your cr3dit c4rd, you purchase item/withdraw money/buy crypto and then claim to the b4nk this is fraud, what would the implications be?
For this scinerio I would take my 5k buy some crypto send to burner/unknown wallet, ideally purchasing the crypto through another account that is not linked with your identity (So Coinbase in a friends name or other persons name).
My thought process is the b4nk would first try to find out if their c4rd was used frauduently or if the customer was hacked via a third party. For example, I purchsed 5k BTC through my Coinbase account, B4nk Contacts Coinbase and confirms the transcation and logs from the usual account and known customer then they would assume no wrong doing and blame the customer.
So would it be better for the person to claim their c4rd was stoeln or the third party was hacked and if claimed only stolen would the b4nk contact the third party for auditing data confirming the transactions etc etc.
Any thoughts?
Sorry for the numbers, I was unable to use the correct terms as it's my first post.
